Great coffee! Cashier could have been friendlier. She was chomping gum the whole time.

The second time they made it wrong so I went Inside to get what I ordered and they still made it wrong 3 times more. All I can say is they do not know how to make coffee.
Absolute worst customer service and rude employees. The front door was locked.. with a customer inside ordering at 6:30 AM 12/8/2017. Lady at counter just stared at me thru the window. Had to find and go in side door. She screws up my 1 donut order and gets an attitude when I corrected her. PS... they don't serve fountain drinks here, just bottles. And she could care less. I travel 321 for business weekly. I'll just go to the competition instead.
Every time I visited this place I endured the worst customer service I have ever received. Never during peak hours. I always seem to get attitude from the staff no matter how polite. I get it; it's fast food. Customer service is not an exciting job to have- I have been a part of the customer service business for many years. However, being rude to guests is not in the job description.
Great food. Good prices. Slow service.
